Who is it for, and who is it not for?
Singularity Complete is more product than an office without IT can use, at the highest list price in this index. The EDR with rollback is strong, but you buy through a partner, SentinelOne's package table offers no managed SOC for Complete (MDR is an add-on only from Commercial up), and the renewal clause lifts the fee by 20% unless you give 30 days' notice. Most small offices are better served by an MDR bundle.
Singularity Complete makes most sense for an MSP already on ConnectWise, which resells it inside its own security suite; NinjaOne is the other named RMM. Multi-tenant management and a Splunk feed are included. MSPs without a SOC should note that SentinelOne lists its MDR service as an add-on only for Commercial and Enterprise, not for Complete.
For defence and federal-adjacent work, SentinelOne holds FedRAMP High authorisation and covers HIPAA BAAs, PCI DSS and CMMC 2.0. Procurement should still flag the 20% auto-renewal uplift and the lack of recent third-party testing, since SentinelOne sat out MITRE's 2025 round.
