Who is it for, and who is it not for?
ThreatDown Advanced packs a lot into a self-serve licence: EDR, patching, device control and ransomware rollback, from a minimum of five devices. It suits an office with one technically minded person willing to read alerts, because no managed SOC is included. Two caveats: rollback works only on Windows, and ThreatDown has no AV-Test business result since October 2023 and no AV-Comparatives one since 2022.
MSPs with their own SOC get good tooling from ThreatDown Advanced: Splunk, Sentinel and Chronicle feeds, and 11 named RMM and PSA integrations running from Syncro and SuperOps to Datto and Kaseya. The online store stops at 20 devices; larger quantities are sold by quote through ThreatDown or partners rather than online. MSPs who want ThreatDown's analysts watching should sell Elite instead.
Pick ThreatDown Advanced for PCI DSS environments, where Malwarebytes holds an Attestation of Compliance, and avoid it for HIPAA. Malwarebytes will not sign a BAA, stating that the product is not designed to handle ePHI. No CMMC or FedRAMP position is published.

- CORRECTIONRemoved the 25- and 100-device prices. They came from ThreatDown's back-end pricing feed, which buyers cannot see; the online store sells 5 to 20 devices, so larger orders now show "Via sales".
